  • This, “Creatine Monohydrate” from NatureBell is what it claims to be. It's a 500g (1.1lb) jar of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Nothing else is added, it's just Creatine. No other ingredients.The powder is fine, and mixes fine without trouble. I normally mix this with other things, but I tried a bit of it alone, mixed with water, and it had a light taste to it, but the same as other Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Nothing new. No stomach upset after consuming it, so, all is good.I'll consume this Creatine for a few weeks, and by then I’ll know for sure if I notice any difference between this, and other brands of Creatine I’ve consumed. If I notice anything out of the ordinary, I'll update this review.

The best buy date 3/24 has approximately 2 years of use from the time ordered 4/22.Flavor / AdditivesThis creatine has no added sugar or flavors leaving it up to the user to decide if they want to add some for added energy.Mixes easily / as expected.The product mixes well for creatine (all creatine tends to leave small particles if just stirred with spoon as I did).Effective:This creatine does give me the increased muscle volume during a workout, increasing lifts and speeds up recovery.Final thought:This is a good source for creatine and it meets my expectations. I recommend it.

  • I'm not a doctor, and don't pretend to be one on Amazon.I won't tell you if you should be using creatine or not.I won't tell you what kind of results you can expect from creatine.What I will tell you is that this creatine is pure, it's mostly tasteless, and at $34 for the container it's a slightly better price per ounce than others.The scooper is included in the container.It doesn't dissolved in water, it's not water soluble.I found this to be a little bitter, but that's expected. All goodCurrently, I'm in the loading phase, hopefully this will help produce great results.I'll use this and if there are results I'll likely buy it again. Since I won't give medical advice, I hope you found the review helpful.

  • I really like this product, it's super fine and mixes real easy and it has no flavor at all, trust me you will not notice it at all in your drink of choice. It's 5 grams per scoop, which is the max. This works for me and it's easy to mix in. Creatine is for building muscle and help with recoveryafter a workout. Good product
